I love meat, so it's difficult for me. Soy cheese is really good! And the flavors are pretty close. I was surprised! But it is really hard to find in small towns. About a week ago, I went fully vegan and so far so good. Cheese will probably be the toughest thing to give up, but soy cheese isn't <em>that</em> terrible actually, it's just hard to find from a small town :( Weirdly enough, I just ate vegan zucchini lasagna :O Eww, rare steak :O I’ve never been a huge meat fan so being vegetarian wasn’t a huge problem for me. About a week ago, I went fully vegan and so far so good. Cheese will probably be the toughest thing to give up, but soy cheese isn’t that terrible actually, it’s just hard to find from a small town :(
