If you hate girls who like stuff, or don’t care about what things smell like, then please don’t read, because I’m going to take 5 minutes to blather about stuff I like. Particularly smells I like.

…ok. So, I went shopping today. I actually hate shopping, except when I’m choosing between colors or scents. I’m really specific and picky. I went perfume shopping and ended up with Ed Hardy¹, when I set out for more Princess (fan?).

I love perfume. I don’t know why. Normally I deal with all sorts of horrible smells² like they’re nothing, but when I can, I love to have perfumes and air fresheners around. I’m very picky, too. I don’t like it if a fragrance is too strong. And I don’t like if it fades easily, either. I also don’t like musky-smelling things, or pine-smelling things. The only “manly” smells I like are the smell of Old Spice shower gel lingering around the house, and when the smell of Axe lingers around the house³. I love fruity, natural smells. Also, clean smells like rain and ionized air⁴.

So, needless to say, my favorite perfume is Princess. It’s so light and girly, and fruity and just delicious. I stepped into Macy’s today, expecting to come trotting back home with Flower Princess, but I first noticed Hot, then Ralph, then Romance, then the sales lady showed me Viva la Juicy⁵, then Ed Hardy. I had a tough time deciding, but Ed Hardy won out. At the time, my nose told me there was cocoa in there. It was actually vanilla and wild strawberry⁶.

Also, with my next paycheck, I’m buying this. I love Pink Sugar. But none of the department stores near my house had it. And I wasn’t about to drive to Pittsburgh to get it. TOT I love it, though. “…cotton candy, strawberry, raspberry and orange which fade to reveal sensual mid notes of lily of the valley, fig leaves, and barbe-a-papa. The scent finishes on rich, soft base notes of vanilla, amber, musk, and woods.” Oh, Aquolina. You had me at strawberry.

I bought some other stuff, too. None of it worth noting save for my Steelers pants and my new hot pink body pillow. It’s so cushy~! ♥♥♥

Also, I applied for the Ed Hardy perfume fanlisting. Cross your fingers for me, pretty please?
