28 March 2009- r&s is not quite dead yet. I've renewed the domain for two years, am still paying the hosting bill, and fully intend to be back up...eventually. Unfortunately studies and general lack of will to work on restoring this page will lead to delays upon delays. I can't give a definite date, but I should imagine I will update this message if this site is not back up by 31 April.
